about ASCO

Anti-smoking campaign organization is a non-profit organization with a mission to motivate youth to stay tobaccofree, and to empower smokers to quit successfully. Also, ASCO supports the members for their English proficiency skills discussing tobacco education in English in the educational venues. Formed the organization on April 17,2013, with educated youths, it is an organization to fight for tobacco use in Myanmar as a national interest. As the first initiative of ASCO, it started tobacco education and awareness-raising in Yangon. Being a voluntary organization, the members of ASCO take the responsibilities with their willingness to reach the ultimate goal of ASCO. With a common vision, the members of ASCO are not only in Myanmar but also all over the world in which Myanmar people live. We enlist the prospective people to be members to participate in activities of ASCO regardless of race, color and religion.
